Have you ever wondered who you are really cheering for?

There is no doubt in my mind there are more music groups and “artists” ,in animation format , everyday. If you aren’t aware of such then you must be thinking ” What the hell is she talking about?”.

Most people might remember Miku, the vocaloid . Hatsune Miku, also called Miku Hatsune, and officially code-named CV01, is a Vocaloid software voicebank developed by Crypton Future Media and its official anthropomorphic mascot character, a 16-year-old girl with long, turquoise twintails. The popularity was so huge that the Search engines and all similar systems believed it to be spam blocking all searches.

This type of Celebrity is more famous in Japan and South Korea. The 1st Virtual Idol was in Japan , her name was Kyoko Date , meanwhile in South Korea, Cyber Singer Adam made its debut in 1997. Ten years before Miku.

If you are aware of the music in the E-sports world, you might know K/DA and their 2018 League of legends world championship performance, where the avatars and the actual voice singers perform together. K/DA is a virtual Pop girl group consisting of four themed versions of League of Legends characters Ahri, Akali, Evelynn and Kai’Sa. Maintaining a group belonging to Kpop vibe. The conception of K/DA was based on Riot’s expressed desire to create more musical content, with the characters chosen based on K-pop archetypes.

However does it help the Kpop unhealthy archetypes become standardized?

How Do you feel about Aespa?

In Japan, more and more virtual artists or animated singers reach the Hot100 Japan Billboard. The problem and benefit are the singer can remain anonymous until it reaches a more stable fantasy but it also means we don’t know the singer and artist.

If you invested into creating the fictional character, should you at least create a plot or identity like making a statement?

We don’t know anything about the people or the characters that create.

In 2022, there were a few to reach the top , let me show you just a few …

The most greatest example is Ado.
